Let's talk about tiredness! We all feel tired from time to time. Usually, it's obvious why we are tired. We take the time to rest and get over it quickly. Here are some reasons why one can get so tired.
Worries and stress Worry makes you feel tired - especially when you cannot see a way out of your problems.
This usually happen most to me, everyday, I'll worry for something. I don't even know why. But what I know is, I have to shake off that habit! Expecting too much of yourself Everyone has a standard - in work and in their personal life. They are usually helpful as they give you a sense of direction. But, if you expect way too much from yourself, you can find yourself repeatedly failing, making you feel frustrated and tired. I purposely colour-ed this text. I seriously agree with this! Sometimes, I expect way beyond from myself. Due to teacher's/peers/parents's pressure, it make me become like this. Therefore, my grades have been disappointing. I just hope you readers won't become like me. There are of course some ways in improving your sleep. Wanna know more check out this site Trust me, it's really helpful to those who always feel tired.
